We’re Open Early & Often At 1250 Niagara

Since we started in November of 2015, we’ve been pushing to make kombucha more accessible to everyone. From a little 400 sq ft shop in the basement of Horsefeathers, we’ve grown to a 3,000 sq ft production facility at 1250 Niagara Street and are expanding again. As a result, our kombucha and You’re Fired Cider is distributed from Erie, PA to Brooklyn, NY.

With the expansion, we’ve added retail hours at 1250 Niagara. Our hours are:

  • Monday – Friday 9am – 7pm
  • Saturday 9am – 5pm
  • Sunday 11am – 3pm
  • Closed Holidays (Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Mother’s Day.

For those regulars, we are now “officially” open Monday.

Todd has been drinking kombucha since 2011 to overcome digestive issues. A frequent traveler, he's always on the lookout for new flavors of local kombucha. After a trip to Portland, OR in 2013, he fell in love with kombucha on tap in co-ops, bars and coffee shops and decided to bring it back to Buffalo.
