Jeff, Heather & Todd have been friends for many moons. After a chance encounter, the topic of kombucha came up and the rest is history. They started brewing in their kitchen in Buffalo, fermenting in the dining room and bottling in the kitchen. After positive feedback from family and friends, they emptied their pockets and moved into the basement of Horsefeathers and quickly outgrew that facility.
We are open on Tuesday from 11am-5pm, Wednesday through Friday from 11am-7pm, Saturday from 11am-5pm & Sunday 11am-3pm at 1250 Niagara Street, Buffalo, NY 14213. Additional bonus hours and events are posted on our facebook, twitter & instagram.
